Everything you need to know before booking your stay at Cozie Homes.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Payments are processed securely through the booking platform. We accept most major credit cards and digital payments.
  • How do I book a stay with Cozie Homes?
    You can book directly with us here by clicking the "Check Availability" button in the menu and save on booking fees or you can book through our listing platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?
    Yes, we require a 1-night minimum stay Sunday - Thursday and a 2-night minimum Friday and Saturday for short stays and a 30-day minimum for mid-term rentals.
  • How does check-in work?
    We offer easy self-check-in with a secure keyless entry system. Your unique code (the last 4 digits of your phone number) will be active at check-in time. For A Pocono Country Place Properties (Fairhaven and Briarcliff) you will need to first visit the Welcome Center at 123 Country Place Drive, Tobyhanna, PA 18466 and register with the community. Each vehicle owner will need their License and Registration with them at check in.
  • Can I check in early or check out late?
    Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM.
  • Is the home equipped for remote work?
    Yes! Each home includes high-speed WiFi and a designated workspace with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light.
  • Do you provide linens and toiletries?
    Absolutely. All linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your stay.
  • Is the kitchen fully stocked?
    Yes, the kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a Keurig machine, and basic cooking essentials like oil and spices.
  • Is the property pet-friendly?
    Yes! We welcome up to 2 pets with a flat pet fee. We even provide extra dog bowls and beds.
  • What’s included in mid-term rentals?
    Mid-term stays include all utilities, WiFi, access to community amenities, and regular trash pick-up. Just bring your suitcase!
  • Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
    Yes! We offer special rates for 30+ day bookings. Contact us directly to learn more.
  • What are some things to do nearby?
    You’ll find hiking trails, lakes, adventure parks, ski resorts, outlet shopping, and local restaurants just a short drive away. Check the welcome guide for curated recommendations.
  • Is the home close to major job sites?
    Yes. We’re conveniently located near local hospitals, the Tobyhanna Army Depot, and several ongoing construction sites—ideal for mid-term work stays.
  • How do the smart locks and security systems work?
    You’ll receive a personal code for the smart lock. The home may also have exterior cameras for safety, but no interior surveillance.
  • Is the property in a safe area?
    Yes! The home is located in a peaceful gated community with 24/7 security.
  • How should we handle trash and recycling?
    All food waste must go into the large green bin with a ratchet strap to avoid attracting wildlife. Follow the collection schedule posted on the fridge.
  • Who do I contact if something isn’t working?
    We’re always available during your stay. Reach out via the platform messaging system or the number provided in your welcome email.
